Mistress Ariadne leads her prisoner to the mats. Today he is going to go through a routine of prison exercise. The routine is silent. He must follow the non verbal instructions from his captor and he moves through the motions of each exercise. Stomps, press ups, star jumps, squats, sit ups and more.
